Are you a fresh graduate passionate about people, culture, and everything about HR? Join Kwanii as a Junior People & Culture Officer and gain hands-on experience across the full employee life-cycle. You'll support the People & Culture team in building a great workplace — from finding and onboarding top talent, to keeping employees engaged, supported, and set up for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment coordination including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and assist in facilitating orientation and culture introduction activities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, company events, and recognition programs
  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and attendance data; assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as needed
  • Assist in administering employee benefits and supporting compliance with government-mandated requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Coordinate offboarding activities including clearance processing, exit interviews, and proper archiving of employee records
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team and serve as a first point of contact for basic employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in the logistical coordination of training sessions, team meetings, and other People & Culture programs and activities
  • Perform other People & Culture-related tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor or management, in support of overall HR and organizational objectives.

Desirable Skills and Experience: 

Must-haves: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with internship/OJT experience in HR or recruitment are welcome
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes

Nice to haves: 

  • Basic knowledge of HR labor laws
  • Experience in a BPO setting
