Marketing and Events Specialist (Bulacan)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives and events that align with the company’s brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, digital marketing, and promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Plan, organize, and oversee company events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Create and manage content for marketing materials, social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
- Analyze event and campaign performance metrics to measure success and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, and stakeholders to maximize event reach and impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing and event strategies.
- Handle multiple clients, ensuring their marketing and event needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Contact and coordinate with suppliers for event and marketing needs.
- Book deliveries from customers and manage return deliveries as needed.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and event management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in contacting suppliers and coordinating logistics.
- Proficiency in online shopping platforms or any online shop application.
- Experience in using delivery apps such as Lalamove, Grab, or similar services.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience working in corporate events, trade shows, or brand activations.
